Mission Statement:

Rise Again Track & Field is set up to fulfill a need to increase access for adaptive athletes to participate. The largest barrier is equipment. Rise Again is building partnerships, seeking grants and securing used equipment to make track more accessible to adaptive athletes in Pennsylvania.
